While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Maaari po kayo mag-email sa aming client care para po matulungan nila kayo sa inyong LTMS concern. Ito po ang kanilang email: clientcare@lto.gov.ph. I-provide lamang po ang mga sumusunod na kinakailangan sa ibaba:

1.) Active email address
2.) One valid ID with signatures
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature.
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.
