As a Filipino citizen, I would like to test the implementation of the President's Executive Order on Freedom of Information. I am looking forward to your conclusive report on the measures taken to fix this problem created by the Aquino Government by implementing the new format on the said plates. Are you doing something about the problem or you are worsening the said problem?
