Good day, 
I would like to know the actual and national policy of LTO regarding the Comprehensive Driver's Examination. I am aware that it must be taken through the LTMS portal. However, the Facebook page of Land Transportation Office III on a post (https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=191022690654917&set=a.100754739681713) last August 22, 2023, announced a different policy wherein CDEs must be taken inside LTO offices and those taken outside would not be honored. I already messaged the LTO Philippines' page and sent an email to 	ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph but I did not receive any responses.

Be aware that I also messaged the LTO National Capital Region and LTO MIMAROPA Region Facebook pages, but I did not receive any responses either. I also searched all the other LTO Facebook pages but I did not see any new announcements regarding the CDE just like what LTO Region III posted last August 22, 2023. There are no recent news articles on any major news outlets.
