You asked for a Copy certificate of no apprehension and certificate of no suspension or revocation.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. However we have sent you the following requirements and procedure through your email last July 28,2021.
