You asked for Copy of Memo Circular 99-323.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, upon checking on our General Services Section (GSS), the only Memorandum Circular (MC) we have is the Memorandum Circular BGC-MC-00323. If you wish to have this data instead, you may send us another request with the correct MC number. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Atty. Teofilo E. Guadiz III, CESO V at ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph.
