Hi. I would like to ask some Information about the Application, Citisend and where did the idea came from. I happened to read a book entitled, doable and simple concepts for traffic management system and that Concept was included in the book. Have the agency acknowledged the author?

The author is Mr. Edmund S. Borinez. His book, Doable and Simple Concepts for Traffic Management System was done in 2016 and was distributed to the Dotr,Lto, Ltdrb, MMDA and LGU’s.

LTO is not mandated for Traffic Management, with this LTO has no TMS. The MMDA has this mandate. We will send you an email to further assist you with your concern.
