Good afternoon. I just want to raise a concern regarding the overall process flow in LTO CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY. It took them more than 3 hours to process my requirements from WINDOW 1 to payment of New drivers license. And that is just the first step in a loooonnng and redundant flow that I still needed to undergo before the actual release of the license. Can you please correct this way of processing? It has been going on for the longest time. By now, with huge leaps in technological advances, can we do something to at least shorten the waiting period in LTO? Its such a hassle .
