You asked for Driver Certification.

Response to your request

You may apply for Driver’s License Certification / Driver’s License History at the License Section, LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City.

Kindly send your authorized representative, a copy of your driver’s license, authorization letter and a copy of a valid government issued ID of your representative, a corresponding fee of Php 100.00 is charge for the said certification. 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and requests for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply.
