Your request You asked for Changing my email address Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send to this email: "Client Care"<clientcare@lto.gov.ph>; with the following requirements below. 1.) Active email address 2.) One valid ID with signatures 3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature. 4.)
