Greetings,

I would like to request for a change in my LTO portal account email address. I recently had to change to a new email address for privacy and security reasons. 

My current email address in the portal is williamrebacca2511@gmail.com, and I would like to change it to my new email, which is rebaccawilliam840@gmail.com. I would really appreciate if you could update it as soon as possible because I need to renew my driver's licence this week. Respectfully asking for your assistance. Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send to this email: "Client Care"<clientcare@lto.gov.ph>; with the following requirements below. 

1.) Active email address 
2.) One valid ID with signatures 
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature. 
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor Mendoza II lto.cdmpao@gmail.com.
