Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1. My LTO email, is just made on spot and now I cannot access that email, is there other way to get new email for my LTO account?

2. I lost my Student permit, but I have picture of it and only half of the student permit was pictured

Just to clarify, I have picture of my student permit, but my email for LTO account is forgotten

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send this email: "Client Care"<clientcare@lto.gov.ph>; with the following requirements below.

1.) Active email address
2.) One valid ID with signatures
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature.
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.
