 Please be informed that the said portal is under a new set of administrators.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The request falls under Section 5 of the List of Exceptions to the right of access to information. The said section provides for the exception to the data furnished to statistical inquiries, surveys and censuses.
