I am Ms. Ayra Liane Roncal-Coronado, a resident of Manansala Subdivision, Purok Malakas, San Isidro General Santos City, a student of Notre Dame of Dadiangas University taking up Masters of Arts in Nursing. I would like to request permission from your good office to allow me to conduct data/information gathering from Land Transportation Office pertinent to our Project Documentation and Project Proposal which is a part of our Curriculum requirement under the Community Development and Public Health Nursing subject.
