Hi, gusto ko lang po itanung kung legit po ba yung makikisuyo ka ng parehistro o pagpapakuha ng lisensya sa ibang tao. Mayroon kasi po akong kakilala na nagsasabi na pwd daw siyang magpasuyo sa loob ng LTO, kamag anak niya dun po iyon. Magbabayad lang daw po ng 2500. At magkakaroon ka na daw po ng lisensya. Itatanung ko lang po kung legit po ba ito o scam. May mga tao na po kasing nagpakuha ng lisensya eh. Salamat po.

Dear Christian Palero,

Ipinagbabawal po ng aming ahensya ang pakikipag-transaksyon sa mga fixers dahil hindi lehitimo ang binibigay nilang serbisyo. Ang mahuling ginawa ito ay may karampatang parusa.

Para sa mas lehitimong transaksyon, kinakailangan na sa mismong tanggapan kayo ng LTO sumangguni.

Under RA No. 9485 – Sec. 4. Definition of Terms - (g) "Fixer" refers to any individual whether or not officially involved in the operation of a government office or agency who has access to people working therein, and whether or not in collusion with them, facilitates speedy completion of transactions for pecuniary gain or any other advantage or consideration.

Your right to request a review
