2.	the scope of the office's jurisdiction in serving residents
3.	the estimated count of registered vehicles in Roxas City and Capiz
4.	information about the construction and operational commencement of the LTO Roxas City building
5.	total building and lot area, and capacity
6.	list of essential rooms and sub-offices within the building along with the staff size at LTO Roxas City.
