Good day!

My name is Irvin Alen Robles, an Industrial Engineering student in the University of the Philippines Los Banos. I would just like to ask:

* Are there existing rules and regulations concerning helmet attachments (i.e. GoPro, Helmet cam, lights, etc.)?

The information you would be providing would be used in my ongoing project in our class.

Thank you for your time. Good day and God Bless!
