October 21,2021 Dear Wilson, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 20, 2021 at 12:45 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for LTO Certification. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. However, here are the requirements for the Driver's License Certification: - Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt -For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid -Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative. You may process this at the LTO Central Office.
