While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.

Upon checking in the database, there are no records found in the system. 

To check if your registration documents were already submitted for processing, please ask your dealer and furnish us the copy of the transmittal duly received by the LTO. 

Please be informed that we process new registration 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of complete requirements.
