I am Marinela Cervana 3rd year AB Psychology student from Lipa City Colleges. I am conducting a research regarding the issues of Traffic in the City of Lipa. And I would like to request to obtain a record if there is any recorded incident of Aggressive Driving and the traffic record for the past 10 years up until the present time.
