The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. 

Please be informed that the Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: 
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"
