magandang umaga, nais ko lang pong itanong kung bakit hindi tinanggap ang driving nc2 certificate ko sa LTO Kawit branch. pinakuha parin nila ako PDC. imbes na 3k lang ang magastos ko ay umabot pa ng 7k dahil pinakuha pa ko ng PDC para sa 4 wheels na nagkakahalaga ng 4k. sana po masagot ninyo ang aking katanungan, ang alam ko kasi ay may kasunduan na ang LTO at tesda na dapat tanggapin ng LTO ang driving nc2 katumbas ng PDC. maraming salamat po
