Hi I would like to know what are the requirements of renewing my drivers license? I have my medical certificate issued by the hospital I am working but LTO Gingoog city is not accepting it because it is not affiliated by the LTO. What is the difference of the doctor in my hospital and the doctor the one LTO is affiliated of?
