Hi, I would like to request specific information about the following:

1) Table indicating the specific makes and models registered from January 2021 until September 2023.

2) Indicate the amount and percentage of increase or decrease in registration from the specified dates.

3) The vehicle must be electric, hybrid, or hydrogen-powered.
