Good day. I would like to inquire about LTO renewal between these 2 regions. 
My last year registration was done at LTO BARMM.
This year 2023 I will renew my car registration at LTO region 12 (specifically LTO-Awang, Tamontaka branch).

The LTO-Awang said that I have a penalty of last year renewal because it cannot be found in their system amounting to 3,000pesos. But when I checked on the text online 2600, it says that my vehicle is registered with same date on my previous OR.

What is the real update about this matter? Thank you.
