Hi good morning

I hope your day is going well

I'm just only inquiring about the OR and CR of my motor vehicle which i purchase last November 27, 2023 at the dealership located in BRGY, 64 Marikina-Infanta Hwy, Antipolo, 1870 Rizal Motoxpress. Motor vehicle Yamaha mio aerox v2 which was name under Sesbreño, Charlotte Boqueo with a engine number: G3P2E-0321402 and a frame number: PA0SG7810P0114131 if my dealer already submitted the requirements to process my OR and CR.

It's been a 1 and half month now but no update yet for my OR/CR. I just message my dealership today to follow up the OR/CR but they told me still there's no update for my request in LTO. thank you.

Hello, I received the OR yesterday but have not received the CR yet. I hope you will take action on my CR (Certification of Registration), as it has been 1 month and 3 weeks now. thank you

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
Upon checking in the database, there are no records found in the system. 

To check if your registration documents were already submitted for processing, please ask your dealer and furnish us the copy of the transmittal duly received by the LTO. 

Please be informed that we process new registration 3 to 5 working days upon receipt of complete requirements.
