Hi! I would like to request my Certificate of Registration.
I already received my OR (OFFICIAL RECEIPT) via email on October 11 2023. But my CR is still not sent to me thru email or in LTMS Portal and there is no update regarding this i already sent email to lto corresponding hotlines. 
 
I just want to comply with rules and regulations in using public roads in the Philippines. 

Please kindly help i cant use my motorcycle its been a month already.
