Ask ko lang po kung pwede si owner ng 1 motorcycle vehicle ay mag provide nalang ng sariling plaka sa sinabi regarding doon sa doble plaka law? Pwede po kaya yun? 

Basta po ba pasok sa standards ng doble plaka law sa sukat, sticker/decal type at kulay ng plaka ay pwede po ba i-improvised nalang ang pag gawa? Salamat po.

You asked for Improvised ng plaka sa doble plaka law.

Response to Request

Vehicle license plates are issued and regulated by the Land Transportation Office.

Under JAO No. 2014-01 Section II - Violations in Connection with Motor Vehicle Registration/Renewal/Operation: (e) Failure to Attach or Improper Attachment/Tampering of Authorized Motor Vehicle License Plates and/or Third Plate Sticker.

This includes the attachment of any unauthorized plate/s or any accessory or device to and/or around the authorized motor vehicle license plate, or any manner of attachment that impedes in any way the visibility or reflectivity of the authorized motor vehicle license plate and/or the third plate sticker.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar C. Galvante at lto.cdmpao@gmail.com.
