Hi, I would like to request the name of the owner of the licensed plate LCV 2874. The company was investigating of who is the owner of the vehicle used by the person under investigation. Including lifestyle (money involved).

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. However, for your motor vehicle (MV)/motorcycle (MC) plate number inquiry, you can contact your dealer or the originating district office where your motorcycle was registered.
