Expired registration was submitted to the police station from the date of the accident till dated July 20.

Much as the Agency would like to grant your request, we regret to inform you that the LTO cannot release the requested information as it is covered by Republic Act No. 109173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

You may, however, file a formal complaint at the Police station nearest to where the incident happened. The police will file a formal request with LTO.
