I am looking for an answer about how much is my penalty for violation of wearing unauthorized helmet

I would like ot request if how much is the penalty for my violation when I was caught driving my motorcycle last July of this year with my backride wearing an unathorized helmet, he was just wearing a bicycle helmet when we were flagged down by a traffic enforcer in Paranaque City. We used to wear authorized helmet when we ride together but during that specific period we found the helmets he usually used in the trash bin mixed with the with all the wastes including a dead rat so it leaves us no option than to use the bicycle helmet of my child. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
