Good Morning to Sir's and Maam:

Hoping that the section 2a of Land Transportation which is unregistered vehicle upon apprehention, seeing for your understanding and good faith to lessen the amount penalty. In times like this I am unemployed and the penalty is too much for me to handle which is 10,000. Hoping somebody could understand the situation of like as ordinary Filipino.
