Please provide total numbers only of registered vehicles in Baguio City as follows:
- Total number of private vehicles, Jeepneys & Taxis registered with plate numbers ending in EVEN number.
- Total number of private vehicles, Jeepneys & Taxis registered with plate number ending in ODD number.
