Hi! I would like to request for information regarding my Driver's license serial number. I was not able to get my card due to I moved back to Puerto Princesa. I renewed my card in Iloilo City. Now I need to renew it for this year 2023.

Response to Request

The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: 
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"
Yes
No

Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Atty Vigor Mendoza II  at  ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
