Hi!

I would like to request information regarding violation or penalty of having only one Early Warning Device-Red color that was included when purchasing the motor vehicle.

According to joint-administrative-order-no-2014-01, it is under the Violation of Motor Vehicle Operating without or with Defective/ Improper/ Unauthorized Accessories, Devices, Equipment and Parts, however, I do not see information that this case would fall under this violation. especially that the motor vehicle is not stationary and is not apprehended by another offense.
