Hi! I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly follow up on the status of my Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) on my new motorcycle that i purchased last april 26, 2023. it's almost 3 months and still pending please help me before i file a formal complaint to DTI.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. However, you may send an inquiry to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Central office email at ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph so that we could assist you further And may we request for the followingL 1.Copy ORCR 2. Proof of Identity   Once completed, we will endorse your email to the concerned office.
