Hi! I would like to request for the LTO Annual Reports from 1999 - 2009. I checked the Annual Reports in the official LTO website but it only contained reports from 2010 - 2018. I would like to use the data for a research that involves analyzing the correlation between the number of registered motor vehicles in Metro Manila and other factors that are possibly affecting it. Your FOI request is approved. I enclosed a copy of most of the information you requested.

Please note that we are only able to provide the statistics on Motor Vehicles Registered By MV Type, by Mode of Registration (New-Renewal), by LTO Office-NCR for CY 2005-2009.

Your right to request a review
