Good dau ma'am/sir I would like to ask about how to obtain LTO Driver’s License Certification and Certificate of No Apprehension while staying here in Canada. I would like to apply for a foreign drivers license. Thank you in advance.

You asked for Drivers License Certification and Certificate of No Apprehension.

Response to your request,

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online. You may retrieve your requested information from https://lto.gov.ph/law-enforcement.html#certification-of-no-pending-apprehension-and-alarm.

Here are the requirements for the Driver's License Certification:

- Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt
-For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid
-Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative.
