good day!

i would like to ask, as to what kind of drivers license certificate needed by the Bureau of Fire Protection for their age waiver?

I've been to the LTO office recently, but i was confused having known that the agency no longer issue a certificate of driver's license as per told by the LTO personal.

i would like to clarify
