I am currently conducting research on applicable rules and regulations for accreditation of MAIDRs companies. While Admin Order No. AVT-2014-23 is available on your site, I would like to compare the same with the older rule, Admin Order No. 88-001. If you could please provide a copy, this would be of great help to my research.
