This pertains to a case of Reckless Imprudence Resulting In Physical Injuries and Damaged to Property which transpired at about 7:20 PM of July 14, 2017 along the Mac Arthur Highway of San Matias, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga in front of 7-11 Convenience Store victimizing Louie Salonga y Yabut, 27 years old of San Gabriel, Macabebe, Pampanga and Maica Bonus y Dungo, 17 years old, Grade 12 Student of Sto Rosario Pau, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga involving one (1)Silver Gray car bearing Plate Number WIF 643 wherein the driver was not identified.
 
In this regard, may we request for certification of the register
