Dear Sir,
Good day I would to know if my Driver License issued in Philippines
last 2000 expire already last 2003 am still holding my license due to my job as OFW I have to time to renew my license but I have license to my current country location in Qatar.
I would like to know if my Driver license still possible to renewed in how much cost including my charges,
