Hi- May I request for information on when the license plate of my vehicle registered December 28, 2015 will be available ? It kas been almost 4 years nd to date, my license plate is still not available.
Be;ow please find response to my query on plate availability from your web site "Your MV license plate with MV File Number 000201585543984 is not yet available."
Meantime there are news that the LTO had released a memo advisory requiring owners to secure a certification from the LTO prior to being allowed to undergo emissions testing.

Your Request
You asked for Availability of license plate for vehicles registered December 28, 2015.
Response to Request
1. The LTO plate-making plant is currently producing plates for vehicles registered before July 2016. The Regional Offices will announce with regard to their availability.
2. May we know where you got the information about securing a certification from the LTO prior to be allowed to undergo emission testing? Normally, if you have a vehicle plate, you can have the emission test by presenting your Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration (OR/CR).
