Hi I would like to request my Driver's License Serial Number. It was a required field on the LTO Portal, but I only have my License's receipt and not the actual card.
Thank you!

The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be:
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"

Yes

No

Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal.
