While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. Regarding your concern,  a LTO Client number is from our LTMS portal, kindly send an email to clientcare@lto.gov.ph so that they can assist you on your LTMS concern.
