 May I request the above mentioned document to use as a basis for making our research paper and bring implications as well development to our tricycle drivers in City of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija.

However, you may wish to contact your Local Government Unit (LGU), pursuant to the DOTC Guidelines to Implement the Devolution of LTFRB's Franchising Authority over Tricycles-For-Hire to Local Government Units Pursuant to the Local Government Code (R.A. Act no. 7160) , or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.
