Hi!Goodafternoon po!May prublema lang po ako regarding sa license ko.Hindi ko pa po kasi nakukuha yun Card na license ko kaya papel pa po yun aking lisensya.Gusto ko lang po sana malaman kung saan makikita dito sa license ko yun serial number gawa ng ako po ay magreregister sana sa portal ng LTO pero kailangan po yun serial number.Baka po pwede niyo ko matulungan san ko banda makikita yun serial number ng license ko dahil ito ay papel pa.Thank you!

Response to Request

The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: 
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"

Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal.

Your right to request a review

Galvante at  ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph.
