Lim 06:09 PM, Dec 20, 2021

Hello!

I would like to request the following documents from the Land Transportation Office:

1. Driver's Certification
2. Certificate of No Apprehension

This is for me to secure a driver's license here in France. I've tried processing the Certificate of No Apprehension in the online portal of LTO but the website is no longer functioning. Let me know how I can proceed.

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,
Thea Camila Lim
