Good am..i want to know the lates fines and penalties regarding lto violation.upon checking on the internet.10k is the penelties for driving unregistered motorcycle..pero nun tumawag po ako s LTO GUMACA QUEZON.ang sabi nila tumaas na daw 12,072 na ang penalty bukod pa yun renew ng motor ko.thank you po
