Hello, I would like to request my serial number for LTO since it is not written at the back of my license. It is needed when I am going to register for LTMS. I am going to take CDE Test for my renewal. Thank you.

You asked for Serial Number.

Response to Request

The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: 
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"

Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal.

Your right to request a review
