I would like to request for a change in my LTO portal account email address. I recently notice that my email is incorrect thats why i Dont recieved any update about my ORCR 

My current email address in the portal is michellesantiago054@gmail.com and I would like to change it to my new email, which is michellsantiago054@gmail.com . I would really appreciate it if you could update it as soon as possible. Respectfully asking for your assistance. Thank you very much and Godbless!

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.

To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send to this email: "Client Care" <clientcare@lto.gov.ph>; with the following requirements below.

1.) Active email address
2.) One valid ID with signatures
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature.
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.

Please be informed that the purpose of these is to validate the identity of the client as part of the security measures set by the agency to protect its client to the victim of identity thief and personal information breach.
