I am currently staying here in Canada and was wondering how can I apply for Driver's License Certification and Certificate of No Apprehension online.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online. You may retrieve your requested information from https://lto.gov.ph/law-enforcement.html#certification-of-no-pending-apprehension-and-alarm.

Here are the requirements for the Driver's License Certification:

- Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt
-For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid
-Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative.
